Frequently asked questions

01

What is Bataung AI Group

Bataung is the AI capability and digital growth platform of Mfolo Enterprise Holdings. It connects SAAN, Reframe Intelligence and Adara Studio around complementary business and development needs.

02

Do I need to work with all three organisations

You can engage one organisation directly. Additional capabilities are brought into an assignment when they serve a defined need and form part of the agreed scope.

03

Where should I start

Start with SAAN for SME access or development programmes, Reframe for executive AI capability and organisational implementation, or Adara for brand and digital work. If your needs overlap, contact Bataung for help finding the right team.

04

Is SAAN a non-profit organisation

SAAN identifies as SME AI Access Network NPC. Its affiliation with Bataung respects its own governance, development mandate and programme obligations. It has a distinct role from the group's commercial service businesses.

05

Can you help a business that is new to AI

Yes. The right starting point depends on your role and objective. SME adoption support can begin with a useful everyday task. Executive support focuses on the decisions leaders need to make for their organisations.

06

Can we work with the tools we already use

We start with your current context. Reframe's approach is independent of a single vendor. Any proposed tools are considered against the task, your information requirements and the systems involved.

07

Can Adara build our brand or website without an AI programme

Yes. Brand, website and communications work can be commissioned directly through Adara. A wider group engagement is relevant only where it adds useful capability to the assignment.

08

Is funding available through SAAN

Availability depends on the relevant programme, its funding and participation requirements. Contact SAAN to discuss current opportunities. An enquiry does not establish eligibility or a funding commitment.

09

How are fees determined

Commercial work is scoped according to the deliverables, specialist inputs, timing and continuing support required. Funded programmes have their own budgets and participation arrangements. The proposal sets out the applicable terms.

10

How do you assess whether the work is useful

We agree what improvement means at the start and identify evidence that can be reviewed. Depending on the work, that may include adoption, time spent on a recurring task, output quality or agreed website performance measures.
